A Boothly team member stays on-site the entire event to run the booth, assist guests, manage the printer, and troubleshoot. ($175 covers your booth base hours; +$50/hr for each additional hour beyond the base tier.)

Guests receive physical photo prints on the spot - printed instantly on a DNP sublimation printer (studio-grade pro quality). Custom 2x6 photo strip layout or 4x6. Requires the Attendant add-on.

Booking & Policies

- Deposit
- 25% to reserve the date (non-refundable, transferable up to 12 months).
- Final payment
- Due 14 days before your event.
- Service area
- Dallas-Fort Worth metro (within 30 miles of 75078). Travel beyond available with travel fee.
- Setup time
- We arrive 60-90 minutes before your event start time for setup at no extra charge.
- Cancellation
- Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another date within 12 months. Cancellations 30+ days out: balance refunded. Inside 30 days: 50% balance forfeit.
- Insurance
- Fully insured. Certificate of Insurance available on request.
