Every Boothly setup runs on Lumabooth with professional gear: a DSLR, an adjustable ring light, a Bluetooth-controlled RGB light box, and a thermal sublimation printer that hands prints to your guests in seconds. Your private online gallery is hosted for up to 7 days post-event.

A Boothly team member stays on-site the entire event to run the booth, assist guests, manage the printer, and troubleshoot. ($175 covers your booth base hours; +$50/hr for each additional hour beyond the base tier.)

Guests receive physical photo prints on the spot - printed instantly on a DNP sublimation printer (studio-grade pro quality). Choose 2x6 photo strip or 4x6 layout. Requires the Attendant add-on.

Booking & Policies

How booking works, in plain words.

To save your date: Pay a 25% deposit and the date is yours. This deposit is not refundable.
The rest: Pay the rest 14 days before your event.
Where we go: Dallas-Fort Worth metro (within 30 miles of 75078). Travel beyond available with travel fee.
Setup time: We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your event start time for setup at no extra charge.
Need to move your date?: All sales are final - no refunds. We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule when requested in writing at least 30 days before the event, with the new date within 12 months and subject to availability. See our No Refunds & Cancellation Policy for full terms.
Insurance: We are fully insured. Need proof for your venue? Just ask and we will send it.
