A guestbook you can hold

Premier includes a guest scrapbook. Guests slide in a photo strip and write a note. On any other package, add the Guest Scrapbook / Memory Book for $100.

Premier is made for weddings and big nights. Signature is the one we book most. Classic is the same idea for a shorter reception. Digital is there if you only want photos on phones. The price on the card is the price. Travel past 30 miles and Texas sales tax are the only extras, and we show both on your quote before you pay.

How booking works.

Two things confirm the date: a signed agreement and a 25% deposit. The rest is due 7 days before the wedding.

    Check the date

    Chat with us or send the quote form. If the date is open, we can place a tentative hold. We confirm it, usually within one business day.

    Sign and pay the deposit

    You sign the agreement we send you and pay the 25% deposit. That confirms the date. The deposit is not refundable.

  3. 3

    Pay the rest before the day

    The balance is due 7 days before the wedding. If you book inside 7 days, the full amount is due when you sign.

We are fully insured. If the venue needs a certificate, ask and we will send it. The full cancellation rules are in our No Refunds Policy.

Questions

Wedding photo booth questions.

How much space and power does the booth need at a wedding?
About a 10 foot by 10 foot spot works best, plus a standard wall outlet within 25 feet. The booth is built for indoor rooms. An outdoor reception needs a covered, level, dry area, out of rain, wind, and direct sun, and at a normal indoor temperature. Tell us the venue and we will say if it fits.
How early do you arrive to set up?
We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the reception starts. Setup and pack down are included. You pay for booth time, not for the time we spend setting up.
Is an attendant included?
Yes on Classic, Signature, and Premier. A Boothly host stays and runs the booth. Digital is self-serve. You can add a host to Digital for $175, which covers the package hours. On Digital, each extra hour of host time is $50 on top of the extra booth time.
Can the prints match our wedding?
Yes. Every package includes your own photo design. We add your names, the date, and colors that match the wedding. You see the design before the day and can tell us what to change.
Do you travel to weddings across DFW?
Yes. We cover Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, and the rest of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Free within 30 miles of the McKinney and Frisco area. Farther out, it's $1.50 per mile to cover fuel and transport.
How far ahead should we book a wedding photo booth?
For a wedding on a popular Saturday, book 6 to 12 months ahead. Other wedding dates are often fine 3 to 6 months out. If your date is sooner, ask anyway. We will tell you if it is open. A fully custom backdrop needs more notice. On a short booking we bring a standard backdrop in your color instead.
What do we need to confirm the date?
You sign the agreement we send you and pay a 25% deposit. That confirms the date. The deposit is not refundable. The rest is due 7 days before the wedding. If the wedding is fewer than 7 days away, the full amount is due when you sign.
