Holiday Party Photo Booth Guide for DFW Offices and Families
By Boothly Events · · 3 min read
Quick answer
A holiday party photo booth in DFW usually runs 3 to 4 hours and costs $399 to $849 at Boothly, all-in. Book as early as you can for December Fridays and Saturdays. You need about a 10 by 10 foot spot and a regular outlet within 25 feet.
Why add a photo booth to a holiday party?
Holiday parties have a mixing problem. Teams stay with the people they already know. A booth gives everyone an easy reason to grab a coworker from another department, pick up a silly hat, and laugh together. It also gives you photos you can use in the company newsletter or on social media the next week.
Which package works best for a holiday party?
| Party | Good fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Small office party, under 50 people | Digital, $399 | Self-serve, and photos go straight to phones. Add a host for $175. |
| Company party, 50 to 150 people | Classic, $599 | Guests take home a print with your logo on it. |
| Large party or client event | Signature, $849 | 4 hours and a custom backdrop in your brand colors. |
| Gala or year-end awards night | 360 Video Booth, $1,495 | Slow motion videos people actually post. |

How do I make it feel on brand?
- Logo on every photo. Send us your logo and colors and we put them on the photo strip and the sharing screen.
- Holiday props. Santa hats, ugly sweater signs, and New Year glasses get people in the booth.
- A theme for the photo design. "Acme Holiday Party 2026" with the date makes the prints a keepsake.
- A share plan. Decide ahead of time if photos can go in a company album or on social media, and tell your team.
How much space does the booth need?
Plan on about a 10 by 10 foot spot and a regular wall outlet within 25 feet. Office break rooms, hotel ballrooms, and restaurant private rooms all work. Put the booth near the bar or dessert table, not in a back hallway, and the line takes care of itself. More detail is in our space guide.
When should I book for December?
As early as you can. December Fridays and Saturdays are the first dates to go for holiday parties. Your date is confirmed once you sign the agreement and pay a 25% deposit, and the balance is due 7 days before the event. Booking on short notice? You can sign and pay the same day, and if the party is less than 7 days away, the full amount is due when you sign.
Common questions
Can you put our company logo on the photos?
Yes. Every package includes a custom photo design. Send your logo and colors and we handle the rest.
Do you work at offices and hotels?
Yes. We set up at offices, hotels, restaurants, and event venues across Dallas-Fort Worth. If the venue needs proof of insurance, we send a certificate.
How long should the booth run at a holiday party?
Three hours covers most office parties. For a party that runs 4 hours or longer, the Signature package adds a fourth hour, and extra time on any package is $125 per hour.
